Audition Information

Virtual audition information for our sci-fi project: 29 Trouble Proof of Concept.

Thank you for considering auditioning for our upcoming sci-fi drama 29 Trouble! Please read these instructions before submitting any audition materials.

To be considered for a role in 29 Trouble, you must submit ONE video of your audition and fill out the Audition Submission Form. Submissions will only be accepted through this online form. If you have any issues, please contact us at granon.films@gmail.com.

Audition Form Instructions:

  • Fill out each required field in the audition form.

  • Upload all required items for your submission to be considered.

  • Video submissions must be .mp4 or another compatible format.

  • Only one submission will be considered for each person.

Video Audition Instructions:

There are four Audition Materials to choose from:

  1. Coron (M)

  2. Palamere (F)

  3. Sodoi (M)

  4. Wa’Nora (F)


Each of these can be found by clicking on their link. Each has a monologue and a dialogue. You are required to submit ONE monologue and ONE dialogue.

If you are auditioning for a male role, please use a male (M) script only. If you are auditioning for a female role, please use a female (F) script only. If you are auditioning for an any gender character (or if you do not know/care what you are auditioning for), use any script you wish. Please do not use materials from a mix of (M) & (F) scripts. 

Recording your audition:

DO:

  • Begin your audition with your name, what you are auditioning for (29 Trouble Proof of Concept), what materials you will be reading for your audition, and which (if any) characters you would like to be considered for.

    • There are more characters than we have materials for. The four character monologues are only a sample of what we have to cast.

  • Keep only yourself in frame as much as possible. We want to see you, not anyone or anything else.

  • Speak the lines as written as much as possible. You do not need to memorize, but if it helps you act then do what you gotta do. Reading from a script is accepted in this audition.

DON’T:

  • Include anyone else in your video. We only want to see you.

  • Wear a costume or heavy makeup. We want to see your natural (or current) hair, eyes, and features. Show off your best self!

  • Submit multiple times. We will only consider one submission per person.
